Welcome to My Life On the Water. I’m Kimberly, a 40-something CEO of a custom publishing company (and Woman Owned Business) and now a blogger(ish) who recently relocated with my family from Plano, Texas to Surfside Beach, South Carolina. I moved with my husband and college sweetheart, as well as our two daughters Madeline and Lillian, dog Dusty and cat Gracie.
I am a Pisces, so don’t mind the emotions, craft lover, handmade gift giver, Disney and Harry Potter loving girl. I love the outdoors but hate bugs (that may be a problem) and am super excited to explore and learn in these beautiful marshlands of South Carolina.
I started blogging about two months after moving to SC to share, help, guide, coach…. okay, vent my frustrations on moving with kids during a pandemic, building a house on the water, making friends and whatever excites me at the moment! I will share on my blog the day-to-day happenings and home building updates with our fish-out-of-water, former land-locked family (who is now surrounded by water).
